TBZ Raceway
Mini-Z & 1/28: Little Cars. Big Competition.
TBZ Raceway is indoor racing for small remote-control cars. We race Mini-Z and 1/28 scale cars—small enough to fit in your hand, but quick and fun to drive. We race on a new RCP track. Come watch, try racing, or bring a car of your own. New drivers are welcome; you don’t need racing experience to get started.

Driver’s Class (50% Class)
RULES
• Kyosho Mini-Z only
• AAA 1.25V max per cell
• 50% throttle
• Stock remote
• Stock gearing (6T pinion)
• Stock Kyosho white-endbell motor
• Kyosho tires and T-plates allowed
• Kyosho 0 degree aluminum steering knuckles allowed
• Aluminum wheel nuts allowed
• Servo gear upgrades allowed
• Any Kyosho or Jomurema body and Kyosho wheel combo allowed
Kyosho Box Stock Class
RULES
• Kyosho Mini-Z only
• AAA 1.25V max per cell
• Aftermarket remotes allowed
• Any gearing included in the box (maximum 9T)
• Stock Kyosho White-Endbell motor
• No gyro
• Any Kyosho or Route 246 option part allowed (excluding motor and ESC upgrades)
• Aluminum wheel nuts allowed
• Servo gear upgrades allowed
• Any Kyosho or Jomurema body and Kyosho wheels allowed
• Kyosho tires and T-plates allowed
LM Class
RULES
• Kyosho RWD Wide LM Mini-Z only
• AAA 1.25V max per cell
• Aftermarket remotes allowed
• Any gearing from the box (max 9T)
• No gyro
• Stock Kyosho white-endbell motor
• Any brand tires and T-plates allowed
• Any brand durability upgrades allowed (no performance hop-ups)
• Camber knuckles: 0 degrees
• Toe plate: 0 degrees
• Any Kyosho LM body and wheels allowed
2500 LIPO CLASS
RULES
• Any commercially available 1/28-scale 2WD production chassis
• 98mm or 102mm wheelbase
• Any ESC
• Any receiver
• ESC must operate in Blinky Mode (no timing, turbo, or boost)
• No gyro
• Any sensored 2500KV motor (2800KV maximum)
• Maximum 15mm motor can
• No modified rotors
• 2S LiPo (500mAh maximum, 8.4V maximum)
• Rubber tires only
• No foam tires
• No silicone tires
• No traction compound
• Maximum 8.5mm front wheels
• Maximum 11mm rear wheels
• Any molded hard body for 98mm or 102mm wheelbase
• Minimum race weight: 160g
• Any commercially available option parts allowed
Exhibition Classes
Xpress Pixel Z-1
RULES
• Xpress Pixel Z1 only, at its standard 98 mm wheelbase
• 2500KV Motor; sealed and unmodified.
• Brushless ESC in blinky mode: no boost, turbo, or adjustable timing
• Battery 2S hard-case LiPo; 500mAh maximum with a 8.40V maximum charge
• Jomurema body only
•Any standard radio and servo
• no gyro or traction control
• Stock Gearing.
• No internal motor modifications
• Rubber tires only
• No traction compound.
• Replacement parts and normal adjustments allowed
• no chassis or drivetrain upgrades that change the class’s power or basic layout
